The benefits that draw him from the practice of the QiGong are:
calm, relaxation and a powerful person vitality.
The courses are based on a simple program, they are proper for everybody and all the ages.
The QiGong is useful for:
to increase the vital energy (Qi or Chi) to increase the answer of our organism to the external attacks
to develop the physical power
to relax and to loosen the tensions
to improve the posture and to loosen the movements
to resolve common troubles as headache, ache of back, distorsions, stretchings…
Various levels of QiGong exist, but simply we can distinguish two of them:
the first one is understood together to the physical and mental part, where through respiratory techniques and some movements that allow a correct stimulation of the body, the mental plan is reached, increasing the abilities of concentration of it;
the second serves to increase the energy Qi, its circulation, it is learned to bring the attention on such flow, to listen, to come into contact with the DanTien (stings energetic situated to the center of the body), whose role is that of "energetic container."
The last goal is the longevity and the comfort however.
