HungGar KungFu is the child of the temple SiuLam (ShaoLin) of Fukien in the south of China. He was founded by Hung Hei Gung that it learned the art of the fist from the monk GeeSin SimSee which was experienced in the called system SiuLam FuJow (claw of tiger). The HungGar is one of the most popular systems in southern China, it has access to all the parts of the body and it is good for the students of all the ages. And' a slow system in comparison to other styles, but this is due to the fact that the positions are very strong and low in comparison to other systems of KungFu. I am really the strong positions and the powerful techniques of hand to the HungGar to make known. The training consists in the prolonged exercise of the positions and in the techniques of respiraton (HeiGung). The apprentice learns to create pure energy that has origin from the correct movement of hip and from the solid positions. The apprentice doesn't stir very as the other students of KungFu but when he finds the contact, its hit punishes the adversary. The inherent exercises of dynamic tension to the forms bring a big quantity of inside energy that, when it unites him to that day-pupil, they make of the fighting Hung a formidable adversary. The HungGar is a correct and honest style with a strong philosophy that teaches to use the control and to employ the KungFu in correct way. This philosophy was found writing in Chinese characters in a lot of schools of HungGar. Low positions, powerful hits, tradition of advanced inside training they make of the HungGar a formidable discipline.
